Lewis attended Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York, where he was part of the 1991-1992 Hofstra Flying Dutchmen Football team. He entered the financial services sector in 2004, accumulating deep expertise in insurance over the years. In 2006, he established Lewis Salgado Consultants, aiming to serve the corporate market.

Leveraging his expertise in Life and Estate planning, he equips families, businesses, and individuals with the financial tools needed to enhance their wealth and safeguard their assets. Additionally, he specializes in employee benefits, helping companies design optimal benefit plans that minimize costs.

On a personal note, Lewis cherishes his time with his wife, Jade, and their son.
